There are three rooms available, occassionally four. Three upstairs and one suite downstairs.

The front upstairs room is 27.5 square metres, has a queen four poster bed and a sofa that can be made into a three quarter bed. This room looks out across the verandah to the leafy front garden. The back upstairs room at 30square metres, is very light and airy and has sweeping distance views across the south eastern suburbs to the ridge line of the Royal National Park. It has a modern queen bed and is large enough to include a small sitting room. The upstairs gallery room is 35 square metres with a stainless steel queen four poster bed and has a comfortable sitting area. It also looks out over the front garden and has a collection of life drawings, paintings and prints.

The downstairs suite has two rooms, each 25 square metres with the bedroom having a queen upholstered bed. This room is linked by high double folding doors to the private sitting room which has a sofa bed that opens to a comfortable double bed with an inner spring mattress. Both rooms have marble fireplaces and the bedroom has double French doors onto the verandah.

Basic Room Rates are calculated on 2 adults per room per night.

A discount of 5% applies for extended stays of one week or more - dependent on availability.

Extra guest surcharge of A$30.00 per night, to cover additional breakfasts and linen, applies for each extra person in your room.

TARA has a minimum stay period of 2 consecutive nights, however, for special circumstances, exceptions can be made subject to availability.

Rates for single night stays, when available, attract an A$50.00 surcharge to cover added cleaning and linen costs. All prices are subject to GST.

Given more than 10 days notice - deposit will be refunded in full; Less than 10 days notice - deposit will be retained unless accommodation can be rebooked; 24 hours or less notice - deposit will not be refunded.

A$ Rates include a generous breakfast each day, toiletries, use of bathrobes, TV/DVD and free WiFiin rooms and yes, we also offer a complimentary pick up from and drop off back to Sydney Airport for each stay of two days or more. All we need are your flight details and ETA.

High season peak periods

Rates increase by 10% for the peak periods of NSW scool holidays, public holidays and long weekends. Extraordinary peak periods including Christmas/New Year, Easter and Mardi Gras are subject to minimum  stays of 7 nights and an additional 25% rate surcharge.

Bookings and Reservations: A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation, with the balance to be paid on departure.

Check In Time is 2.00pm and Check Out is 11.00am. It may be possible to vary these times by arrangement subject to availability.

Payment can be made by Credit Card, Cheque in advance, Electronic Funds Transfer or Cash. Eftpos and Credit Card Facilities for MasterCard and Visa are available.
